Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.


1. Copyright1.1 I retain all the rights to my work, which includes: the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
1.2 You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g. as a profile picture, wallpaper or print it for personal use).
1.3 You may use the artwork as a reference for future commissions.
1.4 You may not take credit for the creation of the artwork or remove the signature.
1.5 You may not reproduce the artwork commercially.
1.6 I do not allow my art to be used for any AI purposes.
1.7 I do not allow my art to be used for NFT purposes.


2. Placing an order2.1 You can place an order by contacting me via email, Instagram DMs, or Tumblr.
2.2 Further discussion may be done over discord if needed.
2.3 If your desired commission type is not listed, and does not fall under the Will Not Draw category, you may contact me for inquiry.
2.4 I reserve the right to decline a project for any reason prior to receiving payment.


3. Payment3.1 Payment is to be done via PayPal
3.2 50% of the total price for the commission is to be paid in advance to place an order and start the initial sketch stage.
3.3 Refunds are available only during the sketch stage.
3.4 There are no refunds once the drawing is completed.
3.5 If availing delivery of the artwork, additional shipping charges will be applied.


4. Instructions to buyer4.1 Please include a description of your desired subject.
4.2 For traditional and digital art, please send me high-resolution references, with a clearly visible colour palette, or with the desired colour palette.
4.3 For realism portraits, please send me a high resolution reference photo/(s) as well as any changes to the reference that you desire.
4.4 For add-ons, please let me know what background and/or character would you like to add. References are appreciated!
4.5 Add your email address where you would like to receive the final artwork file, if digital art.
4.6 Add your desired location for the finished piece to be shipped to, if traditional art and availing delivery.
4.7 Let me know where and how I can tag you in case I post your commission on my social media.
4.8 Agree to terms.
4.9 Process payment.


5. Work schedule
5.1 Once I receive payment from you, I will email or DM you to confirm all the details. Please be sure of an confirm your desired artwork as I will not accept major changes towards the end.
5.2 I reserve the right to decline a project at any point during the work process (full money refund via PayPal)
5.3 Commissions can take from 1 week to 4 weeks to finish (not including delivery, if applicable).
5.4 You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.


6. Work process
6.1 I will be sending you a minimum of 3 in-progress shots of the artwork: A sketch with the rough composition, basic blocking/shading/rendering, and the stage prior to adding the finishing touches.
6.2 After the sketch, upto 5 changes can be made to the artwork in the subsequent stages.


7. Final artwork
7.1 For digital art, the final high resolution artwork file will be sent via email after confirmation that no changes are necessary.
7.2 For traditional art, the final piece can be scanned and sent as a high resolution digital file via email, or can be shipped to your desired location from India via express delivery.
7.3 You can post the artwork on social media with proper credit.
7.4 Notify me if you don't want me to post your commission on my social media.
